When we reply
We answer WhatsApp messages and calls Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 8:00pm GMT. Emails are answered within one working day. If you message us outside those hours, we will get back to you the next working morning.
Casting Afrik operates from Ghana and works with artists, agencies and casting directors across Africa.
What to contact us about
- Payments and subscriptions — questions about a charge, a receipt, or access that did not unlock after paying. Send the email address on the account and the date of the payment.
- Your profile — help completing your artist profile, uploading media, or updating details.
- Agencies and casting directors — help searching talent, shortlists, or posting an audition.
- Reporting something — a suspicious profile, a fake audition posting, or anyone asking you for money to be cast. We investigate every report.
Stay safe on Casting Afrik
Casting Afrik will never ask you to pay an individual for a role, and no member of our team will ever ask for your password. All legitimate payments happen on our website through our payment provider, Paystack, and produce a receipt.
If someone contacts you claiming to be from Casting Afrik and asks for money outside the platform, stop and report it to us on WhatsApp at +233 27 251 9733 or by email at info@castafrik.com.
