About Casting Afrik

Casting Afrik connects artists — actors, models, dancers, musicians and performers — with the agencies, casting directors and producers looking for them. Artists build a professional profile with photos, showreels and experience. Agencies search that talent pool, shortlist people and invite them to auditions.

Everything happens in one place: the profile, the audition posting, the application and the shortlist. No scattered WhatsApp groups, no lost submissions.

We are straightforward about this, because it is how you can tell a real platform from a scam. Registering an account and browsing open auditions is free. Beyond that:

• Artists pay a one-off unlock to build and edit a full profile and portfolio, and can take an optional 3 months or 1 year plan (GH₵30 and GH₵100) for a shareable profile link and higher visibility to agencies.
• Agencies and casting directors pay for timed access to the talent search, from GH₵20 for 1 hour.

Payments are processed by Paystack in Ghana Cedis (GHS). We never handle your card details ourselves, and every payment generates a receipt. What we never do is charge you to be cast in a role, or ask you to send money to an individual.

• Agency accounts are reviewed before they get access to talent contact details.
• Audition postings are attached to a real, identifiable account on the platform.
• We investigate every report of a fake casting call or anyone demanding money from an artist, and we remove accounts that do it.
• You control your own profile and can request deletion of your data at any time.
